Return & Exchange Policy

At SINAMA SCENTS, We deeply value your experience with us. We sincerely apologize if your order did not arrive as expected. Some rare issues may occur and we are here to make it right with fairness, care, and integrity.

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • At least 90% of perfume must remain.

  • Unused or lightly tested only.

  • We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 3 to 5 working days.
  • Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for product exchanges.

❌ Non-Returnable If:

  • Product is heavily used (>10%).

  • Scent is disliked but used beyond acceptable testing.

How to Return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email with your order number.

  2. Ship the item back as per instructions.

  3. Refund or exchange will be processed in 3–7 working days.
